TK tutorial wanted

So Vabley gave me a few points on TKs, how to do them and all, but im wondering if anyone could send a tutorial or send a link to a good tutorial on how to add them into beats. one of the sounds i still want to learn. its not really my style per-say, but 90% of other beatboxers use them, and if theres any hope of me getting into a competition on a larger scale, it would be a useful tool in my arsenal.
